On the first day of each month at 00:00 GMT +0, the player is entitled to a refund in the amount of 10% from the lost funds in the last month in the rates of the Casino section and 5% from the lost funds in the last month in the bets in the Sports section. The complete return formula looks like this:

Refund = (the amount of funds lost in the Casino section * 10%) + (the amount of funds lost in the Sports section * 5%);

where Amount of lost funds = (Amount of deposits - amount of payments - balance - bonus balance - amount of lost bets in live dealers)

1. In the event that the amount of payments for the gaming profile exceeds the amount of deposits during the last month, cashback will not be available.
2. For the Sports section, when calculating the return, bets made within a calendar month are taken into account, the outcome of the event for which occurred and the results of the bets were calculated for the calendar month.
3. The refund is made in the form of a bonus, to activate which you need to make a deposit of 50% of the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is x3 of the bonus amount + the deposit amount. The bonus can be used within 72 hours from the date of issue. In the event that the bonus has not been used, it will be lost.
4. Refunds are not available for users with the disabled ability to receive gifts for any of the reasons described in clause 29.4., As well as for players with temporary or permanent account blocking.

Funds lost in games from the Live Dealers section are not taken into account when calculating the refund.
